Plan-IT International introduces Plan-IT Workshop Web

Plan-IT International takes a major step towards the future of workshop management with the introduction of Plan-IT Workshop Web, a fully cloud-based solution that helps workshops manage their planning more efficiently and clearly.

The browser-based interface provides real-time insight into appointments, capacity and utilisation, without the need to install software on local servers.

Plan-IT Workshop Web does not yet offer the full range of functionality that users of Plan-IT Workshop are accustomed to. For this reason, the product is being rolled out in an initial phase to a selected group of dealers, allowing the system to be tested and optimised based on real-world experience. For new workshops or independent garages, this presents an opportunity to start directly in the cloud.

The system supports real-time multi-user planning, enabling multiple users to process and schedule appointments simultaneously, regardless of their location. Employees can be linked to their qualifications and availability, ensuring that the right person is always assigned to the right task. This helps reduce lead times and increase productivity.

Integration with the online calendar of Plan-IT Online allows customers to view available time slots and schedule appointments themselves. Managing courtesy vehicles also becomes easier: available vehicles are immediately visible and can be linked directly to appointments.

Plan-IT International is working towards making the full functionality and all partner integrations available during 2026, allowing existing customers to migrate at a later stage. For now, Plan-IT Workshop Web offers a modern, user-friendly solution for new workshops and a clear preview of the digital workshop of tomorrow: flexible, transparent and future-proof.
