Maintenance at Uniserver: Temporary Interruption of Plan-IT Access on November 7th

We would like to inform you that Uniserver will perform maintenance on its servers on Thursday, November 7th. As a result, it will not be possible to work in Plan-IT for several hours starting from 9:00 PM.

In March of this year, we transitioned the hosting of our Plan-IT products to Uniserver, allowing us to better accommodate future scalability.

We would like to inform you that Uniserver will perform maintenance on its servers on Thursday, November 7th. As a result, it will not be possible to work in Plan-IT for several hours starting from 9:00 PM. Customers who wish to schedule a maintenance appointment during this time may experience some inconvenience.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we will conduct immediate testing of Plan-IT during the night from Thursday to Friday. You will be able to continue working as usual the following business day without needing to take any further action.

If you encounter any issues on Friday, our helpdesk will, of course, be ready to assist you.
