New release: Plan-IT Core

A new update for Plan-IT Core is available.

On 28-09-2026, a new update is released for Plan-IT Core with the following changes:

• Plan-IT Core tracks the source of the appointment.
  Created via Plan-IT Online (or Plan-IT Online partner), the Customer Contact Center (KCC), the DMS or directly on the planning board.

• A feature has been added to export work orders from a specified period to an Excel file (max. 1 month).

• Plan-IT Core can now determine in DirectAccess whether a customer is a lease customer (owner). If the customer is a lease customer, Plan-IT Core ticks a box in the work order and also displays this as an icon on the planning board.

•  ‘First available date’ button has been added to the planning board when a work order is selected.
  This moves the planning board to the next available date on which this work order can be scheduled. The technicians’ specialisms and capacity are automatically taken into account.

• Example of an appointment confirmation.
  When the automatic appointment confirmation email is used, it is possible to preview the appointment confirmation before it is sent. The user can then choose whether or not to send the email, or return to the work order to make further adjustments.
