New release: Plan-IT Workshop version 7.191.1764 available

Since September 8th 2021, a new version of Plan-IT Workshop is available.

This version includes a new runtime, so this is a different update than usual. Therefore, please contact us so that we can make this update available to you.

There is a specific Update Procedure for this update. Read it completely before you start the update procedure.

Changes / additions

• Plan-IT is built in a completely new runtime.
• It is now possible to run Plan-IT in SQL.
• Plan-IT can now run on Windows server 2019 in combination with SQL.
• Optimizations in drawing the planning board. (faster)
• Optimizations in sending the capacity to Plan-IT Online. (faster)
• All SOAP connections to Plan-IT Online are replaced with REST functions.
• It is now possible to add filters in the Manage module to get a better overview if you have a lot of establishments.
• If you add a new user you now can directly see all establishments.
• Overview now also shows the colour of the status.
• If you delete a mechanic, the system now shows it is busy with deleting when there are a lot of records to delete.
• The busy pop-up is now a little bigger, so it is better readable.

• It is now possible to show passwords as a master if you activate this option.
• The search screen has now more fields. Mechanic, customer waiting (yes/no) and replacement cars (yes/no) is now also added.
• New button on the planning board that lets you open the reservations directly
• It is now possible to make an appointment confirmation per make, and also give the location of the appointment confirmation.
• It is now possible to delete a reservation from the reservation overview
• It is now possible to show damages at the tires of the replacement vehicles
• It is now possible to mark a replacement vehicle as a bike
• It is now possible to print a replacement vehicle agreement.
• There is a new tag for the confirmation appointment mail to make a difference between a car and a bike {rc_bike} and }rc_car}
• When communication with Plan-IT Online fails, Plan-IT will save the missing communication and will send it when the connection is available again.
• Tire location is exported in the default export
