New release: Plan-IT Workshop version 7.191.4465 available

A new version of Plan-IT Workshop is available starting from 23 January 2025.

Fixes

• Various fixes related to version 7.191.4399 (we recommend downloading this new update if you have already installed that version).

Changes / Additions

• The logging window can now also be opened directly from replacement transport.
• You can no longer change the duration of work orders in the action board.
• The start and end times of replacement transport reservations can now be corrected after the fact.

Integrations

• Wincar API: You now have the option to enter both the Wincar technician code and the Wincar technician number. This allows you to use a combination of the Wincar API and the old SQL tasks.
• Wincar API: A modification has been made so that both the ODBC and the API now look at the external technician ID to establish the link.
• Keyloop API: Plan-IT Werkplaats now also retrieves the rider's address details to the Plan-IT work order.
• Keyloop API: Plan-IT now always retrieves the rider's mobile phone number.

Fixes

• For VPS work orders, the additional technician's availability is now correctly sent to Plan-IT Online. After installing this update, please ensure that the availability is resent to Plan-IT Online in all locations.
