Plan-IT Werkplaats version 7.191.4523

Fixes

  • The option “Replace reservation for DMS work order” no longer sends the replacement transport mail to the rental department if a replacement transport car from Plan-IT Workshop itself has been selected
  • When automatically replacing a reservation for a DMS work order with replacement transport, the time appointment is now also turned on when the time is different than the standard set opening hours
  • The message “Changes_Exist” is no longer displayed when switching between the Planning Board and the Day Planning
  • The vacation days tasks of Wincar and Autoline now delete the Plan-IT Online token when changing the location

Changes / Additions

  • When the duration of a VPS work order cannot be divided equally between 2 VPS mechanics, the time is rounded up
  • In the replacement transport reservation you can now also see what is set on the work order who should receive the bill for the replacement transport
  • Extra RentalTypeID filter added in the ProPlanner connection

Integrations

  • Keyloop API: You can now sort by date and work order number by clicking on the preferred column
  • Keyloop API: Plan-IT can now take into account the Summertime and Wintertime offset that we receive from the Keyloop API
  • Wincar API connection: Extra plan cards added in the Wincar connection, so that when we copy a work order in Plan-IT, we generate a plan card for the daily planning in Wincar. (can be switched on via a system setting)
  • Rentwise API connection: API converted to version v2
  • Rentwise API connection: Task created that transfers the assigned license plates and car type to Plan-IT
  • Conneqtech: test button added in the system settings to test the connection
