New release: Plan-IT Workshop version 7.191.4627 available

Fixes

• Fix: Reservation and work order mouseover popups are no longer displayed on top of each other when a work order and a reservation are planned on top of each other
• Fix: When moving a work order with SMS reminder from the clipboard back to the planning board to the date where it was previously located, Plan-IT now reschedules the SMS reminder again
• Fix: If an Internet connection failure occurs during the maintenance.exe run, the workplace schedule is saved so that it is still sent when Plan-IT starts up again
• Fix: With the EVA Keyloop API connection, when replacing the reservation for the work order from the DMS, Plan-IT puts the correct EVA work order number in the work order (codes that are in front of the work order number are removed)
• Fix: When sending the iDas quotation in an e-mail appointment confirmation, Plan-IT performs an additional check to see if the PDF exists before it is added to the email

Changes / Additions

• If the replacement transport status is reset to Auto Not Driving, the mileage and tank content are also automatically emptied.
• AI function added that automatically searches for the next available date. Plan-IT uses this to check on which date a work order of 1 or 2 or 3 hours can be planned, and automatically jumps to that date. This means you no longer have to search yourself when there is space.
• Volvo replacement transport agreement added. (can be enabled in the System settings with the iDas connection)
• The Sender email address field has been increased from 50 to 200 characters. So that longer email addresses can be entered.

Integrations

• Keyloop API import window now only shows the work orders of the days that you have on the planning board. (instead of number of days +1)
• With the Rentwise API connection, the license plate of the car selected in Rentwise can now also be shown on the planning board (via a system setting)
• Wincar API: When only one of the two pick-up/drop-off options is checked in a work order, we communicate the default time of "700" hours or "1700" hours to Wincar for the empty time.
