New release: Plan-IT Workshop version 7.191.4914 now available

As of 13 January 2026, a new version of Plan-IT Workshop is available.

Fixes

• Rentwise_Sync can now handle larger data volumes than before and looks back a maximum of 7 days into the past.
• DMS users are now also correctly included in filtering when using multi-DMS, provided this option is enabled for the user.
• When Reception is disabled in the system settings, Plan-IT will no longer import reception staff from the DMS integrations.

Changes / additions

• Added the ability to print and filter the vehicle registration overview.
• Critical workshop equipment is now passed on to Plan-IT Online (vehicle lifts, diagnostic equipment and tyre changing machines). This makes it possible to set limits in Plan-IT Online on the maximum number of online appointments per day.
• Added the option to create automatic triggers in the administration section for vehicle lifts, diagnostic equipment and tyre changing machines.
• White blocks in employee schedules now also pass critical workshop equipment and waiting status to Plan-IT Online.
• Tyre changes and MOT (APK) are now also passed on to Plan-IT Online, allowing limits to be set on the number of online appointments.
• After adjusting the main group, availability is automatically resent.
• Added a system setting per location to display a thicker border around work orders for waiting jobs, timed appointments, deadlines, etc.
• Added the ability to search within the DMS import list.
• The planning board has been cleaned up: information already visible in the mouse-over is no longer displayed on the board, creating more space and a clearer overview.

Integrations

• The integration with Wincar can now communicate via the new OAuth authentication.
• Wincar API: Timed appointments are no longer automatically filled when a time value of 0 is received from Wincar.
• Wincar API: Plan-IT now matches the work order description from Wincar with the main operation in Plan-IT.
• Wincar API: Statuses can now be transferred to Plan-IT via the API using a mapping table in Wincar.
• Wincar tasks can now also be launched using Windows Authentication to access the SQL database.
• Wincar API: Timed appointments are now also returned to the Wincar API.
• Wincar ODBC: Public holidays can now also be imported into Plan-IT.
• Keyloop API: It is now possible to search for a specific work order in the import window search field, allowing any work order to be retrieved even if it does not meet the import list conditions.
• The Autoline_ExtraWerk.exe task now includes additional logging.
• iDas quotation: If an iDas quotation is included in the appointment confirmation, the email opening will now also state that the message contains both an appointment confirmation and a quotation.
• iCar: It is now possible to retrieve days off via a task linked to the iCar SQL database (only if the iCar SQL database is accessible to Plan-IT).
• The DeltaW integration can now also be started using Windows Authentication to access the SQL database.
• Rentwise API: The work order number is now also passed in the new field added by Rentwise (WorkOrderNr).
• DealerBandenBeheer: Per DMS integration, it is now possible to configure whether a “P” is always passed to DBB and an “A” only for an actual tyre change.
