New release: Plan-IT Workshop version 7.191.5065 now available

Fixes

• Fix: The check mark for replacement vehicles on the work order is no longer visible if you are not working with an external replacement vehicles module
• Fix: Wincar new oAuth Client_ID
• Fix: The jumping of a reservation to the top left when you click on the middle of a reservation and then drag has been fixed; it now stays in place. You can only drag the reservation if you see the hand icon.

Changes / additions

• Support for the customer to cancel or reschedule their appointment from Plan-IT Online. (if this option is active in Plan-IT Online)
• Service Advisor planning board has been added
• Plan-IT Workshop now also passes the total time of the work order in Minutes to the CRM API (so that other parties can read it)
• If the ‘Watch out’ checkbox is enabled in the work order, it is also automatically enabled for the replacement transport reservation
• If the name of the ‘Watch out’ option is changed in the system settings, the name is also changed on the replacement transport reservation
• Tab key characters are filtered out of the comment when the work order data is sent to the CRM API. (to prevent problems with the JSON format)

Integrations

• Wincar API: Replacement vehicle connection added. Plan-IT Workshop sends the selected replacement vehicle selection in work orders to Wincar.
• Wincar API: Replacement vehicle sync option added. You can transfer the replacement vehicle from Wincar to Plan-IT with a single click on the button.
• Wincar API: Method for retrieving days off has been adjusted. There has been an adjustment on the Wincar side, and Plan-IT Workshop has now been updated to the latest version of the API.
• Wincar API: Plan-IT Workshop now also returns the Customer Waits Time to the ObjectAanwezig so that this is also displayed more clearly in Wincar.
• Wincar API: Statuses sync now retrieves the data in order of plan date.
• Wincar API: Communication via the latest version of the Wincar API (0.6)
• Keyloop API: If Plan-IT Workshop receives the brand Z_Other brands, Plan-IT Workshop retrieves the brand from the Model field and the model from the Version field.
• Autoline_Statusen.exe adjustment to the calculation of a Bitvalue (no longer uses Keylbe32.dll for potential permission issues)
• Autoline_WagenParknummer.exe function that retrieves the fleet number from Autoline via ODBC and places it in the block number of Plan-IT Workshop.
• XML Connection: You can now retrieve additional work from the DMS at a later time for already imported work orders (provided the DMS passes this on correctly to Plan-IT Workshop)
• ProPlanner: Plan-IT Workshop now searches for the correct customer in ProPlanner and creates them if necessary when making an appointment.
• Conneqtech: Time is no longer displayed in UTC but in the Dutch time format.
