Plan-IT is Mercedes Online Booking-certified as the first in the Benelux

Plan-IT is now officially certified by Daimler AG to connect with the systems of Daimler/Mercedes-Benz. This creates a seamless connection with the Online Appointment Booking (online appointments) developed by Daimler AG Systems, which will make planning more efficient for the customer. Something to be proud of, because lan-IT is the first in the Benelux who has achieved this certification.

As expert in planning for the brand dealer, Plan-IT is always searching for valuable partners. Plan-IT already works together with all DMS-es on the Dutch market and they have also started collaborations to make the planning as easy as possible for the brand dealer. Now Daimler/Mercedes-Benz belongs to that as well.

After a months-long process to achieve the approval of Daimler AG, Plan-IT eind heard the redeeming word at the end of last month. “It was an intensive process”, tells Rogier Meijer, productmanager of Plan-IT. “To officially be allowed to manage the online appointments for Daimler/Mercedes-Benz, we needed this certification. We are however the first company in the Benelux that achieved this, so there were no paved roads to walk.”

What does this mean? “That we may now officially build a business relation with all Daimler/Mercedes-Benz dealers”, answers Leon Wonnink, accountmanager of Plan-IT. “We are authorized to receive incoming appointments and to connect with the Daimler AG System Online Appointment Booking via the Appointment Booking API. A number of difficult words, but it actually means that Plan-IT may communicate with their system, so that workshop appointments can be planned even more efficiently”.

That means that the services of Plan-IT are now offocially being supported by the software of Daimler/Mercedes-Benz and so a connection can now be created seamlessly. “The first Plan-IT customers within our Mercedes-Benz cluster have already responded very positively and are happy, that they can now communicate via Mercedes with their customers via this connection”, adds Leon Wonnink. Planning effective and efficient is now within reach for Daimler/Mercedes-Benz as well with Plan-IT!
