New release: Plan-IT Workshop version 6.171.1822 available

Changes / Additions

• Switching between planboard and time registration makes sure that now only 1 of the two windows at the same time can be open.
• Export_Leads.exe now also has the option to export all leads from the previous year.
• It is now possible to have autoline werkorders immediately appear on the clipboard.
• The Department from Autoline is now also provided to the CRM API.
• Appointment ID is now also provided to the CRM API so a connection can be made between the online appointment and the work order from the DMS.
• On the clipboard is now also displayed on what date a work order was scheduled when it is on the clipboard. This way you can easily see where the work order was, and how long it is on the clipboard already.
• It is now possible to start Plan-IT without having to log in, if the Windows username exists in Plan-IT and the option that this user can login directly is activated.
• Tabs are addd to the clipboard in the Daily planning window.

Connections

• Rentwise XML will now only be sent when a Rentwise type of car is selected. (Also strange characters will be converted to XML format)
• PON Autoline return connection can now also run via https and Basic Auth.
• PON Autoline return connection is the name of the function edited. The new connection now also pulls the new name.
• Koppeling Websolve Autoline (BMW) kan nu beter omgaan met werkorders waar geen berijder aan gekoppeld zit. Dan worden de gegevens van de Eigenaar overgenomen als berijder.
• Koppeling Websolve Autoline (BMW) de werkorderlijst kijkt nu naar alle werkorders die vandaag vanaf 7 uur zijn aangemaakt of gewijzigd.
• Kapa bestand CDK koppeling verwijderd niet meer vrije dagen uit het verleden. Kijkt alleen nog in de toekomst.
• iDas koppeling zorgt ervoor dat als er nog een SMS herinnering klaarstaat voor de klant, maar de auto is al aanwezig, dat de klant geen SMS herinnering meer krijgt.
• iDas koppeling zorgt ervoor dat bij een Status update vanuit iDas de CRM API ook wordt geupdate.
• De Vervangend vervoer mail icm Rentwise XML mail is verbeterd.
• DBB koppeling is verbeterd als de combinatie Plan-IT en DMS beide een DBB koppeling aan hebben en ook gebruiken.
• Terugkoppeling met CDK API is nu mogelijk. Door het partnerprogramma van CDK is het nu mogelijk om in alle CDK gerelateerde DMS’sen de geplande datum terug te schrijven. Hierdoor wordt bij het verplaatsen van een werkorder in Plan-IT.
