Changes / Additions

• Tag {quote_attached} added to the appointment confirmation. iDas users can add this tag, and then the text will be visible if the users want a quote added to the appointment confirmation.
• Tag [planned_time] added to appointment confirmation. This tag contains the planned start time of the work order in the workshop.  

Fix

• Statuscolor will show the correct color when receptionist is visible on the workorder, when no status is selected
