New release: Plan-IT Workshop version 7.191.4056 available

Since August 26th 2024, a new version of Plan-IT Workshop is available.

Changes / Additions

• When removing a phone number from Plan-IT Werkplaats via the maintenance.exe task, the CRM API is now also updated.

• When removing an email address from Plan-IT Werkplaats via the maintenance.exe, the CRM API is now also updated.

• Customer email and location added to replacement transport agreement.

• € sign added to amounts on replacement transport agreement

• Option added to email PDF transport document to the customer if the signature has been placed on departure and return.

• When changes have been made to the replacement transport reservation that have not yet been saved, and you click on the button to place a signature, a message will appear as a reminder that settings still need to be saved.

• Extra check added that the email with the PDF document for the replacement transport is only emailed if the PDF export is enabled (so that a PDF can also be sent)

• Option added to automatically set the replacement transport to Auto Rijdt with the work order status Present.

• Added the option to automatically set the replacement transport to Auto Retour when the work order status is Picked up.

Connections

• Rentwise API: Street and house number are now passed on to Rentwise in separate fields

• DBB rest API connection: Extra check added to see if the customer has a DBB contract before we check the tires (for customers who have a combination with Check-IT and DBB)

• Wincar API can now also filter on reception name

• Manually created work orders are no longer linked back to the Wincar API
