New release: Plan-IT Workshop version 7.191.4120 available

Changes / Additions

• Plan-IT automatically disables the online module if it has been cancelled in Plan-IT Online but has not yet been disabled in Plan-IT Workshop.
• Make and type of the car are now printed on the tire pass
• It is now possible to also view the list of reservations at the View rights level.
• The Delete e-mail or mobile number function from Plan-IT Workshop via the maintenance.exe program now shows how often the item has occurred. (so that you know that something has been deleted)
• Made it possible to delete a tire storage line from the storage list.
• The field for entering the mail server in the system settings has been increased to 100 characters.
• Comment has been added to the reservation overview, so that the comment is also immediately visible without having to open the reservation.
• Work order status is now also visible on the extra mechanic work order.
• Conditions that can be set in the system settings are now also displayed on the Signotec signature pad before a customer signs.

Connections

• Rentwise API: When re-importing an existing work order, the Rentwise appointment is now also deleted first, so that a new car can be selected.

• Rentwise API: Cancellation of a reservation that has already become a contract now gives a message that this is not possible.

Fix

• Fix: Strange characters in the HTML appointment confirmation are now converted correctly.
• Fix: Euro sign on Replacement transport printout is suppressed if there are no prices on it.
• Fix: Too small signature on replacement transport agreement better handled so that you always have good signatures.
