New release: Plan-IT Workshop version 7.191.4158 available

Since October 2nd 2024, a new version of Plan-IT Workshop is available.

Changes / Additions

  • Employees with an external code “0” entered are now also skipped when retrieving data from the DMS system, just as was already done for employees with an empty external code
  • Only Plan-IT users with sufficient rights can now manage the VPS calendar
  • Euro sign € added to replacement transport printout for all countries within the EU
  • After 12 hours of inactivity, Plan-IT will automatically close. This ensures that no unused sessions remain active, and that system administrators can more easily perform an update during the weekend without any users still being logged in. (This can be turned off for specific user accounts, for example for a TV with auto refresh that is always on. Or this function can be turned off completely if this is not preferred)
  • Saving a replacement transport reservation that is planned over a very long period in SQL has been made faster
  • Adding an establishment no longer creates a user with the same name as the establishment

Connections

  • Autoline JaarKalenderRun via ODBC can now also be run in combination with the Keyloop API connection
  • Wincar API connection: work order list now retrieves 300 work orders from Wincar in 1 call instead of 150
  • Wincar API connection: Mechanic data is not sent back to Wincar if they do not have an external number in Plan-IT Workshop (or if it is 0)
  • Wincar API connection: When retrieving the mechanics data, only data of the mechanics who are actively in employment will be retrieved
  • Wincar API connection: Days off are transferred from Wincar daily when starting Plan-IT Workshop
  • Wincar API connection: Importing time appointments via the API has been removed, because the work order is often scheduled on a different date than indicated in Wincar

Fix

  • Fix: the message 'Time not available' after placing a signature for the replacement transport is no longer displayed
