New release: Plan-IT Workshop version 7.191.4187 available

Since October 23rd 2024, a new version of Plan-IT Workshop is available.

Changes / Additions

• In the system settings, the Eazy tab has been changed to the new company name Spotler
• Made it possible to enable an option per user to have the planning board refresh automatically
• Made it possible for User+ to manage the VPS calendar (if this option is activated with the user+ rights)
• Extra characters are filtered out of the comment so that it is correctly forwarded to the CRM API
• In the reservation overview, it has been made visible how many records are in the selection
• Customer comment on the work order has been changed to Internal comment

Connections

• Keyloop API connection: option added to view all work orders in the future. (after this option is checked, search must be clicked again to retrieve the data again)
• Wincar API connection: if 'units budgeted' is not filled in, 'units charged' is looked at
• Wincar API connection: the mechanic is only returned to Wincar if Wincar is set as the first DMS
• Wincar API connection: retrieving time agreements is optional in the system settings
• Wincar API connection: made it possible to retrieve the statuses via ODBC until this becomes available in the API
